Our ‘legacy’ logos and those carrying the name of our Emeritus Rosh Beis Din Dayan Y Y Lichtenstein Shlita, are technically valid when the product is covered by a valid certificate.

The nature of the food industry is that labels tend to be printed periodically and a company may keep significant stock which will be costly to replace. In these cases, old logos are slowly phased out. In case of doubt, users should double check with vendors to request a valid kosher certificate.
