Kosher Food Certification is a guarantee that particular food products and ingredients meet all the necessary standards in Jewish law, to allow the products to be consumed by kosher-observant Jews.

KF certifies over 40,000 ingredients and products, carrying out supervision in hundreds of factories across the globe. The certification department is headed by Rabbi Y M Guttentag. Numerous dairy and meat restaurants, bakeries, butchers and caterers are supervised by either KF or the Kehillas Mehadrin hechsher.

Regardless of which hechsher they are under, all our supervised establishments meet internationally accepted reliable and robust kashrus standards. All meat products and establishments are glatt and all dairy products and establishments are cholov yisroel.
