Steps to Certification – Licensing

Please start by completing our application form, which can found here.

We will arrange for you to meet with our Rabbinic team and undertake the following:

1. Conduct a review of your menu
2. Conduct a review of your ingredients
3. Discuss the basic terms for kosher requirements
4. Answer any questions you may have

We will send a highly trained Rabbinical Inspector to your site. After the visit, we will be able to present you with a clear list of Kosher rules and requirements.

We will prepare a Kosher licensing agreement customised and tailored to the specifics of your establishment.

We will assign a mashgiach (supervisor) to undertake regular hashgocho (supervision) of your establishment

Once your licensing agreement has been signed and fees have been paid, we will issue you with a Kosher certificate. Our world-recognised kosher logo may now be used on your website, menus, as well as in advertising and marketing materials. We will check in frequently to ensure that all is well and you can feel free to be in contact with us for anything you need.
