Born and raised in Gateshead, Simcha learned at the Gateshead Yeshiva and continued from there to the Mir in Jerusalem. A qualified FMAAT, he has been working in his current role at KF Kosher since 2001. He has worked with a wide range of factories and traveled to well over 50 countries in the course of his duties.
